ReAgent has been established within the chemical industry for over 30 years during which time we have earned an enviable reputation for our safe, professional approach to chemical bottling.  We offer a bespoke chemical bottling service whereby exact customer specifications can be precisely met.  Whether it is pack size, material, packaging or shipping of goods, we can offer a tailor made service to suit each individual customer.  We are pleased to also offer a comprehensive service in chemical bottling, sachet filling, solvent mixing, contract filling and acid filling.  Our customers know that they can rely on ReAgent for all their toll manufacturing requirements.

ReAgent has a flexible manufacturing facility which enables us to offer customers exactly what they are looking for.  We can bottle chemicals and pack down into smaller containers from customer supplied materials or we can manufacture chemicals and pack to customer requirements.  We are able to offer a facility to pack a precise measurement into a container.  Some of our customers find this service particularly useful, as it eliminates the need for their operators to weigh and measure materials as the exact amount is already packed in the container.

Our flexible chemical bottling facility means that we can pack into glass, plastic-coated glass, plastic bottles, jerricans and drums and we are also pleased to supply products in IBCs if required. All our containers are carefully sourced from only approved suppliers and we take great care to match compatibility of product with container.  All finished goods are packed and labelled in accordance with CHIP Regulations, either using our own labels or customer-supplied labels.  We deliver goods UK-wide using ADR qualified drivers and we are happy to deal with export orders, including handling all your export documentation if required.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.

We work in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System which ensures full traceability of all products.  We also operate environmentally and are pleased to have achieved full accreditation to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.

We have a wide customer base covering pharmaceuticals companies, chemical manufacturing, food manufacturing, water treatment industries, environmental sciences and power stations and have long-standing relationships with many of our customers.  Many of our customers, particularly those in the pharmaceutical industry, like to audit us from time to time.  We welcome audits as a means of reviewing out processes and improving, where possible.

Some customers ask that we enter into Confidentiality Agreements with them, particularly where new products are concerned.  Again, we are happy to do this as we understand the significance of new product development.
