ReAgent has been involved with contract chemical manufacturing for over 30 years, during which time we have established ourselves as a supply of quality products and excellent customer service.  We are able to offer a comprehensive contract chemical manufacturing service to our customers, including acid filling, acid mixing, chemical blending in drums, contract mixing, ibc filling, solvent filling and mixing and speciality chemicals.

ReAgent's flexible toll manufacturing facility enables us to offer a bespoke service to our customers, ensuring that they receive exactly what they need.  We can offer a wide range of contract chemical manufacturing including non-hazardous and hazardous products.  The latter incorporates toxic chemicals, acids, alkalis and solvents, to name but a few.  We can blend chemicals and repack chemicals into anything from a sachet or ampoule up to an IBC.

We operate according to the stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and we have an in-house quality department.  Our staff are fully trained to LEAN Manufacturing standards and share a wealth of technical experience to help you with all aspects of your contract manufacturing enquiry.  This ensures the best possible prices as we minimise wastage and maximise efficiency.

Our processes are constantly reviewed to ensure that we are manufacturing in the most efficient manner and we are regularly audited by some of our customers.  We welcome audits as we see them as a way of improving on our already excellent manufacturing systems. 

We have a wide customer base including pharmaceutical companies, power stations, petro chemical industries, oil refineries, the food industry, chemical manufacturing industry, environmental services and the motor industry, amongst many others.  We have built up an excellent reputation for customer service and attention to detail, in addition to providing customers with products of the highest quality. 

Customers may require us to enter into Confidentiality Agreements, particularly where new products are concerned, and we are happy to do this to protect product intelligence.  This applies not just to bespoke contract chemical manufacturing but all aspects of general contract manufacturing.

We pack and label in accordance with CHiP Regulations and all our goods are dispatched by ADR qualified drivers.  We can offer a local delivery service using our own vehicles and drivers, or a UK-wide service using only fully ADR trained couriers services.  Alternatively, ReAgent is pleased to arrange you shipping overseas and we can handle all your export documentation if required.
