Established within the chemical industry over 30 years ago, ReAgent has a proven history of contract chemical manufacturing including acid filling and mixing, chemical blending in drums, drum filling, ibc filling, solvent filling and mixing and speciality chemicals.
Our flexible contract manufacturing facilities allow us to provide customers with their exact requirements. These include chemical solutions and blends which are not available ‘over the counter’ and products which are not available in large ‘general’ catalogues. ReAgent specialises in toll manufacturing, processing and manufacturing chemicals, pharmaceutical contract manufacturing and as sachet manufacturers.
ReAgent is able to offer pack sizes to suit customer individual requirements and we can advise on appropriate packaging and transportation in line with latest CHiP Regulations. All of our products are manufactured and supplied in line with ISO 9001:2008, the Quality Management System to which we are accredited. ReAgent is also proud to be an Investor in People and to hold full accreditation to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System. Our highly skilled and well-qualified workforce will ensure that quality, safety and proper regard to the environment are integral to our manufacturing processes. We have been working with contract chemicals for many years and have a proven track record for safety, efficiency and excellent customer service. We manufacture in line with the highest standard including various Pharmacopoeias (BP, EP, CP), NIST and ASTM. We have built up a reputation for the manufacture of high quality products and our customer service is excellent. Our specialised contract manufacturing facilities enable us to produce bespoke products in volumes which range from sachets and ampoules up to 1000 litre IBCs. We are fully competent to handle solids and liquids, both of a hazardous and non-hazardous nature. We have a wide range of customers from diverse backgrounds which include power generation, food manufacturing, environment sciences, the health service, pharmaceuticals and chemical distribution. Methods of manufacture are often confidential, particularly where a new products is concerned, and in order to protect the intellectual property of our customers, ReAgent is pleased to enter into Confidentiality Agreements, where required. We are able to offer a technical consultancy service, in addition to full support and after sales. Certificates of Conformity and Certificates of Analysis are supplied free of charge and we welcome audits from exisiting or prospective customer.
