ReAgent operates in line with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System which ensures full traceability of product.  Our staff are highly trained and experienced in contract filling.  They are supplied with and use appropriate Personal Protective Clothing and our walk-in fume extraction system ensures their safety and that of the environment.  We operate environmentally according to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System to which we are fully accredited.

We are proud of our staff, many of whom are long-serving members of our team and we are pleased to be an Investor in People (IIP).  We work closely with our customers in order to supply them with the best possible product at an attractive price.  We specialise in ‘one-off’ bespoke contract filling jobs, although these often become regular tasks.

We can supply finished products in any size container ranging from ampoules and sachets right up to IBCs and anything in between.  Our semi-automated filling lines ensure that small qualities of product can remain to tight tolerances.  We use a three part sachet system using paper, foil and PE to ensure that the product remains in the best possible condition for as long as possible after filling.  We can supply our own labels or use customer-supplied labels if preferred.  All goods are packed into containers appropriate for the product contained therein and we take great care to ensure compatibility of product and container, using only suppliers on our Approved Suppliers List.

All goods are dispatched and labelled in line with CHIP Regulations and all our drivers are fully ADR qualified.  When we have the need to contract out delivery to an approved carrier, we ensure that all carriers are trained to ADR regulations.  We can ship UK-wide or overseas if preferred and we would be pleased to handle all your export paperwork.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.
