IBC Filling

As part of its toll manufacturing facility, ReAgent offers a bespoke IBC filling service.  In addition to IBC filling, we are able to offer services for acid filling and mixing, chemical blending in drums, chemical filling, contract chemical manufacturing, contract filling and mixing, solvent filling and mixing and speciality chemicals.

ReAgent specialises in toll manufacturing in Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC's).  We can accurately measure down to ppm (parts per million) levels, blending hazardous and non-hazardous materials accurately and efficiently.  ReAgent also has wide experience of handling and working with solvent blends and flammable liquids.  Naturally, as a Quality Assured company, ReAgent ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to ensure the safe handling of such products and all staff are fully conversant with the requirements of safe working practice.  All processes are carried out in accordance with the latest Health & Safety requirements.

When dealing with flammable liquids, containers are earthed to avoid any potential static sparks which could cause ignition.  Staff are allocated and wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as appropriate to the particular job.  This would include protective clothing, safety boots or shoes, approved eye protection and breathing apparatus if appropriate.
