Having been established within the chemical industry for over 30 years ReAgent is an excellent choice to handle your solvent mixing requirements.  With a bespoke fume extraction system and industrial walk-in fume cupboards, you can be sure that your solvent mixing requirements will be handled with the utmost safety in mind.  All fume extraction is earthed for added safety, both when handling solvents and other products.

As well as our comprehensive chemical mixing facilities, we can offer services for chemical bottling and chemical repacking.  Please be assured that we can handle all your contract manufacturing requirements professionally and efficiently.  ReAgent is proud of its excellent safety record and our Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008 ensure that all operators are suitably trained to handle solvents.  In addition to the bespoke solvent mixing facility we offer here at ReAgent, we are delighted to extend our services to include all your chemical mixing, acid mixing, contract mixing requirements and general chemical mixing requirements.

Our flexible production systems allow us to blend a range of solvents, some of which are not readily available ‘off the shelf’.   We can pack into any size container ranging from ampoules right up to IBCs and anything in between.  This facility also means that we can pack any volume into any container required, reducing the need to customers own operators to carefully measure and weigh materials. 

All packaging is sourced from reputable companies on our Approved Suppliers List and we can also pack out into customer-supplied containers if required.  All labelling is in accordance with CHIP Regulations and our transportation services ensure that all drivers are suitably ADR trained.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations.  We are able to deliver UK-wide or overseas if necessary and would be pleased to handle all your export paperwork.
