Established over 30 years ago, ReAgent is able to offer a truly bespoke service for solvent blending, chemical blending in drums and a full range of tailor made solvent blends.  Our flexible manufacturing facility allows us to blend a wide range of chemicals to specific individual requirements.  These include caustics, acids, solvents, alkalis and many laboratory testing reagents.  We are able to blend to specific requirements including ASTM reference solvents and reagents.  Please call us to discuss your requirements for any toll manufacturing, bespoke mixing or chemical filling.

ReAgent is able to repack from IBCs and drums into any pack size, including ampoules.  Our semi-automatic filling lines ensure that tight tolerances are met and we are able to work quickly and efficiently with all our chemical blending services.  ReAgent offers a truly tailor made service including solvent blending, chemical filling, contract packaging, toll packaging and deformulation services.

ReAgent manufactures in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to which we are fully accredited and which helps to ensure full traceability of products.  We also have full accreditation to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System, which is another internationally recognised Standard.

All packaging materials are carefully selected from approved suppliers and then checked to ensure that they are compatible with the product contained within.  All labeling is carried out in accordance with the latest CHIP regulations and we only use approved ADR drivers, both in-house and when a carrier is used.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.  We are able to export, if required, and will be happy to deal with all your export paperwork.
