ReAgent has been established within the chemical industry as a provider of bespoke solvent blends since 1977. During this time we have built up a reputation for quality, efficiency, excellent customer service and value for money. Due to our unique manufacturing facility we are able to offer a truly bespoke service for chemical blending, chemical blending in drums and a wide range of solvent blends. All work is carried out in our own premises in accordance with all current Health and Safety legislation. We also offer a toll manufacturing and contract mixing and blending sevice.
Safety is a priority at ReAgent and all staff are fully trained and experienced in the safe use and handling of solvents and solvent blends. Full Personal Protective Equipment is issued to and used by all operators and walk-in-fume cupboards and extraction systems ensure the safety of personnel and the environment. We are proud to be an Investor in People (IIP) and proud to work in accordance with the stringent requirements of internationally recognised Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004 to which we are fully accredited.
 Our flexible manufacturing facility allows us to offer a service whereby customers exact solvent blends requirements are met. We specialise in adapting to the individual needs of the customer and can offer technical assistance and advice with regard to mixing, packing, labelling and transport of finished goods. All labelling is carried out to conform to CHIP regulations and our drivers are fully ADR qualified. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations. We offer a UK-wide and overseas delivery service and would be pleased to handle all your export paperwork if required.
We are pleased to offer a truly bespoke service to customers for chemical blending, contract blending, solvent blending and solvents blends. We offer a free technical and advisory service and would be happy to discuss your individual requirements.
We have a wide customer base and have been supplying the manufacturing, food, environmental, chemical, power and pharmaceutical industries for many years. We understand the importance of confidentiality, particularly where a new solvent blend in concerned, and we are happy to enter into Confidentiality Agreements with our customers. We have regular audits from many of our customers, particularly those in the pharmaceutical industries. We welcome audits and see them as a way of improving our existing manufacturing processes.
Our in-house Quality Department will ensure that all incoming goods and finished products conform to the required standard. Our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 means that all products are given a unique batch number for full traceability.
