Having been established within the chemical industry for over 30 years ReAgent has built up a reputation for bespoke chemical filling services.  We can offer a completely flexible and bespoke chemical filling service which includes sachet filling, solvent filling, contract filling, acid filling and chemical bottling in addition to chemical filling.  We are more than happy to quote for small batch runs to specific customer requirements.  We would also be delighted to discuss your toll manufacturing requirements as we offer a comprehensive contract manufacturing facility.

We can fill from IBCs and drums into smaller containers ranging from say 500ml to 25 litres and have vast experience of chemical filling into ampoules, particularly in the area of kit production.  We are able to offer advice on the specification of packaging material required and can assist with the sourcing of such materials.  We can use customer own labels if this is preferred and ship direct to the end user.  We are able to pack waxes and greases and have the capacity to heat drums up to 100 degrees C.

We have semi automated machinery for packing liquids which enables us to pack to very fine tolerances.  This also enables us to process chemical filling orders quickly and efficiently and ensures that our prices are competitive.

Our stringent Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 means that we are well aware of the risk of cross-contamination and take rigorous steps to ensure that this does not happen.  We have systems to receipt customer-supplied materials which we issue with a unique batch number for full traceability.  We have full ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System accreditation. 

Our highly qualified and skilled workforce will ensure that all chemical filling enquiries are dealt with swiftly and professionally and we aim to turn around a filling job from start to finish within 10 days, although this can be quicker when required.  We also are pleased to be recognised as an Investor in People (IIP).

Safety is a priority at ReAgent and we operate in line with all current Health and Safety Regulations.  Walk in fume cupboards and bespoke fume extraction ensures that hazards are kept to as minimum and all staff are issued with and wear Personal Protective Clothing as appropriate to the job in hand.  We have trained staff to be aware of the principles of LEAN Manufacturing techniques and we always seek to improve our manufacturing practices and give our customers the best possible value for money.

Finished goods are packed, labelled and dispatched in accordance with all current CHIP and ADR regulations and we are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.  We can also offer free advice on transportation and can deliver goods both in the UK and overseas.  For overseas deliveries we are happy to arrange the relevant paperwork and deal with shipping agents either directly or on your behalf.
