Solvent Filling

ReAgent is pleased to offer a solvent filling service to customers.  Having been established within the chemical industry since 1977 we are ideally placed to handle your solvent filling enquiry quickly, efficiently and at a price that’s right for you.  In addition to the bespoke service we offer for solvent filling, we are pleased to offer our customers additional bespoke services for acid filling, contract filling, sachet filling, chemical filling and chemical bottling.  We are able to offer a bespoke toll manufacturing service to our customers and we would be delighted to discuss your contract manufacturing requirements.

We work safely and our well-trained and experienced staff are well-used to handling solvents and dealing with all aspects of solvent filling jobs.  We are able to blend solvents for you or offer a precise solvent filling operation.  All work is carried out in accordance with current Health and Safety Regulations and all our staff are fully conversant with the hazards of handling solvents and solvent filling.

We issue and ensure that all staff use Personal Protective Equipment appropriate to the job they are doing including gloves, protective clothing, goggles and full mask accordingly.  Our walk-in fume cupboards and bespoke extraction systems ensure the safety of our staff and the environment.  All fume extraction is earthed for added safety, both when handling solvents and other products. 

We work in line with our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 which ensures full traceability of goods and materials.  We work to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System to which we are fully accredited.

We have a wide-ranging customer base including the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry, manufacturing industry, power industry and environmental industry.  We understand the importance of confidentiality to customers, particularly those developing a new product or product blend.  We are happy to enter into Confidentiality Agreements with customers, where necessary.  We are also happy for customers to audit us and view audits as an important part of our ongoing improvement in processes and systems.

We can arrange for the finished goods to be labelled with customer-supplied labels or our own labels, both of which must be compliant with CHIP Regulations.  We are pleased to be working towards new GHS and CLP Regulations.   We can dispatch UK-wide or overseas, in line with ADR Regulations.  All our drivers are fully ADR qualified.  We are happy to arrange any necessary export paperwork for customers, if required.
