All staff are familiar with LEAN Manufacturing Standards and ReAgent is proud to be an officially recognised Investor in People (IIP).  Staff work safely and in accordance with all current Health & Safety requirements.  Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is issued to and worn by all staff to ensure their safety when handle and working with chemicals and allied products.  PPE will include protective clothing, safety boots or shoes, approved eye protection in the form of goggles, safety glasses or full face protection if appropriate, and breathing apparatus is required.  Processing and manufacturing chemicals are handled under bespoke walk-in fume cupboards where required.
