Established over 30 years ago, ReAgent is pleased to be a leader in chemical mixing. We can offer a bespoke service not just for chemical mixing, but also for chemical bottling, chemical repacking and solvent mixing.  ReAgent is highly regarded within the chemical industry and has built up a reputation for quality, consistency and excellent customer service. As a leader in the field of chemical mixing, ReAgent is able to offer a comprehensive facility for bespoke toll manufacturing including contract packaging, sachet packing, toll packing and deformulation to name but a few.

ReAgent is able to mix and blend a wide range of chemicals to customer specific requirements.  These include caustics, acids, alkalis, solvents and a large range of laboratory testing reagents.  ReAgent is also pleased to offer a bespoke service for solvent mixing, contract mixing, acid mixing and the general mixing of bespoke chemicals.

We have the facility to mix products that require melting and heating up to batch sizes of 200 kilos and heating temperature of 100 degrees C.  The quality of the water used for all our blending conforms to current requirements of the EP and we routinely test the water quality in house. We have been mixing chemicals for over 30 years.

Our quality blends are supplied to customers from a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, power generation, food manufacturing and the environmental and chemical industries.  Our flexible manufacturing facilities allow us to mix and blend a huge range of substances, including those of a hazardous and non-hazardous nature. 

We are proud to be fully certified to Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.  We have been audited many times by pharmaceutical companies and others and we continue to supply products to pharmaceutical customers.  We welcome audits as an opportunity to review current manufacturing systems and welcome the feedback from third parties.

ReAgent is proud to be recognised as an Investor in People (IIP) and we recognise the vital contribution our staff make to the success of our business.   Our highly qualified and adaptable workforce will ensure that your exact chemical mixing requirements are met.  We manufacture in line with all current Health and Safety regulations and staff are issued with and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate to the job they are doing. 

We manufacture safely and responsibly using large, industrial fume cupboards and a bespoke fume extraction system.  Our tanks for mixing and blending have dedicated stirrers and on many occasions, we will use a dedicated tank to avoid cross-contamination and for our customers peace of mind. 

ReAgent operates with full regard for the environment and has full certification to internationally recognised Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004.

All finished goods are packed, labelled and dispatched in line with CHIP and ADR regulations and we are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.  We are expert chemical packers and have established an excellent reputation for chemical packing.  We offer a free local delivery service using our own vehicles and ADR trained staff.  We can arrange suitably qualified couriers to deliver your goods UK-wide or can arrange for overseas shipping.  Please let us know if you would like us to handle your export documentation.
