We can offer a full range of chemical packing and chemical mixing and have particular experience of packing into sachet and ampoules. We are also able to repack from IBCs and drums into smaller receptacles ranging from say 500 ml to 25 litres. We are able to pack into plastic pails, paper bags or any other suitable container. We can use customer own labels if this is preferred and ship direct to the end user. We are able to pack waxes and greases and have the capacity to heat drums up to 100 degrees C. We are happy to pack from 25 kilo bags into smaller containers and we are very aware of the risk of cross-contamination and take every rigorous step to ensure that this does not happen. We have systems to receipt customer supplies material and issue it with a unique batch number for full traceability. ReAgent is proud to manufacture in line with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and we have full accreditation to Environmental Management System ISO 14001:204. We also are pleased to be recognised as an Investor in People (IIP). Safety is a priority at ReAgent and we operate in line with all current Health and Safety Regulations. Walk in fume cupboards and fume extraction ensure that hazards are kept to as minimum and all staff wear Personal Protective Clothing as appropriate to the job in hand. We have trained staff to be aware of the principles of LEAN Manufacturing techniques and we always seek to improve our manufacturing practices and give our customers the best possible value for money. We can also offer advice on transportation and can deliver goods both in the UK and overseas.
