Chemical Repacking
Having been established within the chemical industry for over 30 years, ReAgent has established itself as a specialist in chemical repacking. In addition to general chemical repacking, we are pleased to offer bespoke services for chemical mixing, chemical bottling and solvent mixing, in addition to a comprehensive range of contract manufacturing and toll manufacturing services.
We specialise in repacking small batch runs to customer individual requirements and would be more than happy to discuss your specific needs. We have a vast amount of experience in repacking into sachets and ampoules and are able to offer advice on the specification of packaging material to be used. We are also able to source packaging materials for customers. We can offer a service to supply complete kits which many of our customers in the environmental science industries find invaluable to field work analysis.
 As part of our chemical repacking service we routinely repack from IBCs and drums into smaller containers ranging from say 500ml to 25 litres and can pack into plastic buckets, paper bags or any other suitable container. We are pleased to use customer own labels if preferred and can ship direct to the end user. We are able to pack waxes and greases and have the capacity to heat drums up to 100 degrees C.
ReAgent has semi automated lines for packing powders and liquids which enable us to pack to very fine tolerances. This means that we can process orders quickly and efficiently and ensures that our prices are competitive. Turn around is usually achieved within 10 working days although we can offer a faster service if needed and we would be pleased to discuss your individual requirements.
Our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System ensures that all aspects of quality are addressed. We give each repacking operation an individual product code which means that all repacking jobs have full traceability. We work in accordance with CHiP requirements and are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations. We can also offer a service whereby customer own labels can be used on the finished product, if required.
