ReAgent is able to deal with all your requirements for mixing chemicals, having been established in the chemical industry for over 30 years.  Our professionalism and attention to detail, together with our our flexibility have earned us an enviable reputation amongst our peers for the bespoke service we can offer in mixing chemicals.  In addition to chemical mixing, we are able to offer bespoke services for solvent mixing, chemical bottling and chemical repacking.  We are able to offer a full contract manufacturing service and have many years experience as toll manufacturers.

Our chemical mixing facilities are eagerly sought by a wide range of customers in the food, pharmaceutical, power station, environmental, manufacturing and chemical industries.  Through years of dealing with ReAgent they know that they can rely on us for all their requirements associated with mixing chemicals.  Many of our customers ask us to enter into Confidentiality Agreements, particularly where new mixes are concerned, and we are very happy to do this. 

Also, we understand that new customers may like to audit us as a new supplier.  We welcome this and see audits as a means of reviewing our already stringent manufacturing systems.  We work in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, where all goods are given a unique batch number to ensure full traceability.  Our in-house Quality Department will ensure that both incoming and outgoing products meet the exacting quality standards of our system.

We have industrial walk-in fume cupboards and a bespoke extraction system for safety of staff and the environment.  Full protective equipment is supplied to and used by all members of staff, appropriate to the job in hand.  This will include safety glasses, protective footwear, full acid-resistant protective clothing, goggles and breathing apparatus if required.  Annual health and medical checks ensure the safety of our staff and we have an excellent record of on-site safety.

As part of our bespoke mixing chemicals service we are able to offer full flexibility with regard to pack size of the finished product, supplying anything from a sachet or ampoule up to an IBC and any size in between.  We carefully ensure compatibility of product with container and only source containers from approved suppliers. 

Finished goods are packed, labelled and dispatched in accordance with CHIP and ADR regulations and we are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.  Goods can be labelled with customer-supplied labels if required and we can ship to the end user direct.  We offer a UK-wide delivery service or overseas if required.  We can handle all your export paperwork for you.
