ReAgent has a flexible manufacturing facility and we work in line with our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008. We operate environmentally in line with ISO 14001:2004 Environment Management System to which we are fully accredited. Our workforce is highly qualified, with a wealth of technical experience and we are proud to be an Investor in People (IIP). All staff are trained in LEAN manufacturing which means that we work in the most efficient manner, constantly monitoring our processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum wastage.
Our in-house quality department ensures that all jobs are given a unique batch number, minimising any risk of cross-contamination and ensuring full traceability of goods. ReAgent is able to offer advice with regard to the transportation of hazardous goods and we can delivery locally, UK wide and overseas. All our drivers are ADR trained and we only use approved carriers whose drivers conform to ADR regulations. We are able to deal with all shipping for export orders and will be pleased to manage customer paperwork with regard to export. We have a state of the art chemical packaging facility which incorporates custom made chemical filling and dispensing apparatus. This specialist equipment operates on industrial levels and as such we can handle large contracts for packaging. It is essential that all chemical packaging meets current legislation, particularly UN certification. Compatibility of outer container and inner product is an important consideration when choosing the type of packaging. ReAgent can offer assistance and give free technical advice on the type of packaging required for most chemical products. It is vital to bear in mind that value for money is not the same as cheapness; the products we use are approved, certified and only sourced from reputable suppliers. All labelling is in line with CHIP Regulations and we can provide a service whereby we put customer own labels on the finished goods.
