Our flexible contract manufacturing processes enable us to offer a bespoke acid packing and sachet packing service in line with our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.  We have flexible manufacturing facilities and a wealth of experience when it comes to handling acids.  Our professional, well-qualified and experienced staff are well-used to handling and working with strong acids, including acetic acid, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, nitric acid and phosphoric acid, as well as dealing with strong alkalis including potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide. We can handle corrosives, toxic chemicals and poisons safely and efficiently.

Being involved in acid packing, safety is a priority at ReAgent and we are proud of our excellent safety record.  Our long-serving staff are well trained and well-experienced, we regularly carry out risk assessment and we work in line with all current Health and Safety Regulations.  We issue and ensure that personal protective equipment is used by all staff, where appropriate, and this might include full respirators, masks, goggles, safety glasses, safety footwear and full protective clothing.

We have a bespoke fume extraction system at ReAgent and walk-in fume cupboards to protect both staff and the environment.  We are proud to be fully accredited to internationally recognised Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004.

We are able to pack into any suitable container and take great care to ensure compatibility of container to product contained therein.  Toll packaging materials are sourced from approved, reputable suppliers and all goods are labelled in line with CHIP Regulations.  We can use our own labels or those supplied by the customer.  We can arrange delivery anywhere in the UK or overseas using only suitably ADR qualified staff.  All our drivers are ADR qualified and we insist on the same high standard when using an approved courier.  If goods are being overseas, ask about our export documentation service – we would happily handle all your export paperwork for you.
