ReAgent has been established within the chemical industry for over 30 years and during this time we have built up an enviable reputation as chemical packers.  We are justifiably proud of our reputation for professionalism, quality and accuracy and also offer excellent customer service. In addition to being chemical packers, ReAgent is pleased to offer bespoke services for mixing chemicals including chemical bottling, chemical repacking and solvent mixing.  Our chemical mixing services form just part of our comprehensive contract manufacturing service which also encompasses toll packaging and contract packaging. We are able to pack waxes and greases as we have the capacity to heat drums up to 100 degrees C.

We have a state of the art chemical packing facility which incorporates custom made chemical filling and dispensing apparatus.  This specialist equipment operates on an industrial level and as such we can handle large contracts for packing.

Our flexible manufacturing facilities work in line with our Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008 and we ensure the full traceability of all products.  Our in-house Quality Department ensures that all jobs are given a unique batch number, minimising any risk of cross-contamination.  We constantly monitor the quality of finished goods and raw materials to maintain highest possible standards.

As chemical packers we can pack into ampoules and sachets and have vast experience in this field.  We are able to repack from IBCs and drums into any size smaller suitably approved containers in line with all current legislation.  We are able to pack into plastic pails, paper bags or any other suitable container. We can use customer own labels if this is preferred and ship direct to the end user.  All labels conform to CHIP Regulations and we are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations.

We operate environmentally in line with ISO 14001:2004 Environment Management System to which we are fully accredited.  Our high qualified staff have a wealth of technical experience and ReAgent is proud to be an Investor in People.  All staff are trained in LEAN manufacturing to ensure that we work in the most efficient manner, constantly monitoring our processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum wastage.

ReAgent is able to offer advice with regard to transportation of hazardous goods and we can delivery locally, UK wide and overseas.  All our drivers are ADR trained and we only use approved carriers whose drivers conform to ADR regulations.  We are able to deal with all shipping for export orders and will be pleased to manage all relevant paperwork.
