We operate a contract manufacturing system in accordance with the stringent requirements of ISO 19001:2008 and BS 8555 Environmental system.  We are also fully accredited to internationally recognised Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004.

Our loyal and long-standing workforce are highly qualified professionals who share a wealth of hands-on experience as well as the necessary chemistry qualifications one would associate with a company of our standing.  We value our staff and are proud to be recognised as an Investor in People (IIP).

Our in-house Quality Department will ensure that integrity of product remains consistent throughout any packing job and our flexible manufacturing facility enables us to deal effectively with ‘one-off’ jobs, which are our speciality.  All incoming material is given a unique batch number and this ensures full traceability of product. 

We can pack from IBCs and drums into smaller containers, sachets, ampoules, plastic, glass, metal and plastic coated bottles.  Our bespoke semi-automated filling lines help us to increase productivity so that the savings made can be passed on to the customer.

We are regularly audited by many of our customers, particularly those in the pharmaceutical industries.  We welcome audits as we see them as a way of reviewing our already tight processes and giving us an opportunity to improve, if possible.  We are also very proud of our company site and would be delighted to show you round.

All staff are trained to LEAN manufacturing standards and we operate a 5S system of ‘good housekeeping’ to minimise cross-contamination and to keep everything in order.
All labelling of products meets CHIP regulations and we are able to use customer own labels if required.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations.  We are also happy to deliver to the end user.  All drivers are fully ADR trained and we are able to arrange delivery of goods within the UK and overseas.  We would be pleased to assist with all export paperwork if required.
