We are able to pack from IBCs and drums into smaller containers in a wide range of size according to customers individual specifications.  We can pack into glass, plastic, plastic-coated glass, metal, sachets, ampoules etc.  We understand the vital importance of compatibility with the product and the packaging used and we can advise on this, if necessary.  All packaging materials sourced are from approved suppliers only with whom we have built up a solid relationship.  All packaging materials are of the highest quality and appropriate for the purpose.

As part of our contract chemical repacking service we are able to pack powders into sachets and granules into sachets.  Our semi-automated bespoke filling lines will ensure maximum efficiency and minimum wastage as well as allowing us to work to very high tolerances.   All labelling complies with current CHIP regulations and we only used UN packaging as appropriate to the job.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations.  We can ship your finished goods to all areas of the UK or overseas and we would be pleased to advise on the best methods of transportation.  We can handle all your export documentation if required.

Our contract manufacturing in line with our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.  All incoming materials are given a unique batch number to ensure full traceability.  We manufacture in line with LEAN manufacturing processes and all our staff are fully trained in this area.  We have BS 8555 Environmental Certification and have achieved full accreditation to the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Managemnt System.
