We have a strong chemical background and our staff are well-qualified professionals who will handle your contract packaging requirements with efficiency.  We have flexible toll manufacturing facilities which enable us to offer a bespoke, tailor-made service as contract packers.  We can pack into glass, plastic, plastic-coated bottles, jerricans, drums, IBCs, ampoules and sachets.  We can build kits of ampoules for your business and we have great experience in sourcing the best packaging in line with all current Health and Safety Regulations.  As sachet packers we use a 3 part sachet system made of paper, foil and PE to ensure the product stays in top condition for the longest time possible.

All our staff are experienced in handling hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals, both powders and aqueous and some of the products we regularly deal with are strong acids including sulphuric acids, nitric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid and hydrochloric acid.  We also are well-used to handling strong alkalis such as sodium and potassium hydroxide.  We can handle flammable materials, toxic materials and poisons.

We work in accordance with our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 and all our staff are trained accordingly.  We issue and insist that full personal protective equipment is worn in line with current Health and Safety requirements – this may include full protective clothing, footwear, eye protection, face protection, masks and in some cases respirators.  Safety is key to our business and our staff share a wealth of experience in handling and dealing with all types of chemicals.  We are proud of our excellent safety record and proud to be an Investor in People (IIP).

Finished products can be packed exactly to customers specific requirements and we can offer a service whereby a precise amount of product is put into an appropriate container.  This is useful when customers do not want their own operators to have to worry about precisely weighing or measuring a product – the exact amount is already packed and ready to be used.

We have a wide range of customers including those in the pharmaceutical industry, food and general manufacturing, water treatment, the environmental services, power stations and oil industry, to name but a few.  We work closely with all customers to ensure that they receive the best possible free advice and support before placing an order, and then following that order through to ensure that they are delighted with the whole service.
