Established in 1977, ReAgent has over 30 years in the chemical industry and has an excellent reputation as a contract packing company offering a comprehensive range of products and services.
Our flexible contract manufacturing process allows us to offer a contract packing service to individual customer requirements, both in terms of pack size, container, labelling and transportation. We can contract pack in a range of sizes including ampoules and sachets, which are often used in kits; also half litre, one litre, two litre, five litre, twenty five litre and fifty litres containers and anything up to IBCs. As you can see, ReAgent is a firmly established contract packing company and our customers know that they can rely on us for quality, accuracy and professionalism at a price to suit every budget.
 In addition to our services as a contract packing company, we are pleased to offer contract repacking services and contract repackaging services. Packing materials are carefully sourced from suppliers on our approved suppliers list and we always check the packaging materials to make sure of the compatibility with the product inside. Sensitive products can be packed under nitrogen to maintain the products integrity.
As a contract packing company ReAgent is pleased to pack in glass bottles, plastic coated glass bottles, plastic jerricans and IBCs, in addition to ampoules and sachets mentioned earlier. We have semi-automated filling machines for powers and liquids into ampoules and sachets and our fully trained and experienced staff work to exacting standards in line with our full accreditation to internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. We adopt LEAN manufacturing methods and strive to work efficiently in order to keep costs down to a competitive level. ReAgent is proud to be an Investor in People (IIP).
As a leader in the field of contract packing ReAgent packs and labels to conform to current ADR and CHIP requirements and we are working towards the GHS and CLP regulations. We can use customer own labels if this service is required. In accordance with our quality system, all packing operations are allocated a product code and will have a standard set of operating procedures and quality inspections. Contract packing operations are fully traceable via our batch numbering system which will enable us to trace back to the material supplied to us either bought in or supplied by the customer.
Our flexible toll manufacturing allows us to turn around most contract packing jobs within 10 working days although this can be achieved much more quickly when required. Offering free local deliveries using our own fully ADR trained drivers or a nationwide service using fully approved and trained couriers, you can be sure that your finished goods are in safe hands during delivery to your customer.
