Contract Repacking
ReAgent is pleased to offer a contract repacking service to suit the requirements of the individual customer. With over 30 years experience in handling and working with chemicals, ReAgent is ideally placed to pack down safely and efficiently into smaller pack sizes to suit the customer. We have a committed workforce with many years chemical experience between them and this allows us to give free advice and technical support before we start any new contract packing or contract repacking job.
ReAgent regularly packs out hazardous liquids including alkalis, toxics, solvents, flammables and acids. In addition to this, we are able to repack non-hazardous liquids which may have other individual handling requirements such as heating.  ReAgent is proud of its flexible contract manufacturing facility and this allows us to turn around most repacking jobs within 10 working days or sooner, if required. We are happy to discuss individual customer requirements and we are proud of the close working relationship we have with our customers. We have a wide range of customers including many blue-chip companies and large pharmaceutical companies and we are happy to enter into contracts of confidentiality if required.
We are able to repack in sizes from sachets and ampoules up to IBCs and we are happy to discuss individual requirements. We have semi-automated filling machines for powders and liquids and all our staff work in line with our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. We work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing methods and we eneavour to operate in the most cost efficient way so that we can keep our pricing at a competitive level.
In line with ISO 9001:2008 we have full traceability and all repacking operations are given batch numbers to ensure that this is maintained. Repacking and labelling conforms to existing ADR and CHIP legislation and we are currently working towards the GHS and CLP regulations. Reagent is proud to be an Investor in People (IIP).
ReAgent is able to make local deliveries free of charge using our own ADR qualified drivers whilst a nationwide delivery service is offered using fully approved couriers whose staff are fully trained and with whom we have long-standing relationships. We are also able to export goods direct and we can offer support to our customers by arranging all export documentation for worldwide transportation of goods, if required.
