ReAgent has full Quality Management System accreditation to ISO 9001:2008 and full Environmental Management System accreditation to ISO 14001:2004 and BS 8555. ReAgent is a recognised Investor in People (IIP) and all ReAgent staff are familiar with LEAN Manufacturing Standards.
 As well as export packing facilities, ReAgent is able to assist you with all your export paperwork and export labelling. We will handle all your export packing requirements so that your customer receives exactly what is needed, when it is needed. We are happy to use customer-supplied labels and deliver to the end user, if required. Please contact our Sales Team to discuss your specific export packing requirements.
In addition to export packing services, ReAgent offers a range of additional services such as contract repacking, drum packaging, solvent packing, sub contract repacking, acid packing and contract blending and packing. Health & Safety is a priority at ReAgent and we strive to maintain our excellent safety record. Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is issued to and worn by all members of staff as appropriate to the job tey are doing. This might include full protective clothing, approved eye protection in the form of safety goggles or glasses, safety boots or shoes and hand protection. In the case of large volumes, face shields may be used. Our bespoke walk-in fume cupboards ensure that staff are protected when handling or working with substances that produce vapours or dust.
As part of our export packing facility, ReAgent ensure that all materials are packed, labelled and transported in accordance with current CHiP Regulations and all our drivers are ADR trained. We are currently working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations.
Due to our flexible manufacturing facility, ReAgent is able to offer a bespoke chemical formulations service and we would be pleased to discuss your specific requirements.
