In addition to our solvent packaging facility, we are able to offer bespoke acid packaging, chemical packaging, sachet packaging and contract packaging services.
Our professional, highly-qualified staff are able to deal with enquiries regarding solvent packaging and other general chemical packaging enquiries and we are able to offer a bespoke packaging service whereby the customer can request exactly what is required. This may mean that a particular pack size is used, or alternatively, a container is only filled to a certain precise level of volume or weight. This means that customers own operators do not have to weigh or measure product as the exact amount is already in the container.
We use a bespoke fume extraction system and our staff are well-used to solvent packaging and handling solvents with due regard for the potential hazards. Our walk-in fume cupboards protect staff and environment and we have an excellent safety record. All processes are performed in line with current Health and Safety Regulations and full protective personal equipment is issued to and used by all staff, appropriate to the job in hand. We work to BS8555 Environmental standards and have achieved full ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System accreditation. We have a wide-ranging customer base which includes industries in the chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, power station, environmental and many other fields. Many of our customers are long-standing and we have been supplying them with their chemical and solvent requirements for many years. Some customers, particularly those in the pharmaceutical industry, prefer to audit us on a regular basis. We welcome audits and see them as a means of reviewing and possibly improving on our already stringent manufacturing processes. Some customers may ask us to enter into Confidentiality Agreements, particularly where new products are concerned. Again, this is something that we are happy to do.
