Solvent Packing
ReAgent is pleased to offer a solvent packing facility. We have over 30 years experience in the chemical industry and have a proven track record for quality, safety and professionalism. In addition to a bespoke solvent packing facility, we can offer bespoke sachet packing, a contract sachet packing service, acid packing, chemical blending, chemical filling, chemical mixing and toll packaging facilities.
Safety is a priority when handling solvent packing jobs and our bespoke walk-in fume cupboards, full fume extraction systems and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) help to ensure the safe handling of solvent products. Our fume cupboards are fitted with static control devices to minimise risk and many solvents can be packed using our semi-automated filling line.
 Our workforce is fully trained in the safe handling of solvents and solvent packing and staff are aware of LEAN manufacturing requirements. This enables us to work safely and efficiently, minimising wastage and maximising efficiency.
We offer a service whereby specific volumes and weights can be packed into containers meaning that if a customer has a specific requirement for a certain volume of product we are able to put this precise measurement into a suitably approved container. Filling to a specific weight, volume or level cuts out the need for customers operators to weigh or measure out solvents.
We have ongoing experience of dealing with ASTM reference solvents and reagents and we can repack from IBCs and drums into any pack size. We have accreditation to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and we have been audited many times by our customers, many of whom are blue-chip companies and from the pharmaceutical industry. Our quality products are supplied to a wide range of customers including power generation, food manufacturing, environmental sciences, pharmaceutical industries, the oil industry, the motor industry and environmental industries.
Our flexible toll manufacturing facilities will ensure that your requirements will be dealt with swiftly and accurately and we can often turn around jobs within 10 working days of initial enquiry or considerably less, if required. We are happy to use customer own labels if preferred and can ship direct to the end user. We have expertise in packaging, labelling in line with current CHIP regulations and transportation of finished goods in line with ADR regulations. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations.
