ReAgent has over 30 years experience in the chemical industry and an area of significant growth in recent years has been in the manufacture of bespoke chemicals. We are able to offer this service due to our flexible toll manufacturing process.
This flexibility enables us to produce precise bespoke chemicals to individual customer requirements. We specialise in adapting to the individual needs of the customer and we can offer technical assistance and advice with regard to mixing, packing, labelling and transport of the finished goods. We offer a truly bespoke chemical service which includes bespoke chemicals, bespoke formulations, tailor made chemicals and tailor made formulations.
 We have customers from a wide range of industries including food manufacturing, power generation, environmental sciences and chemical distribution. Manufacturing methods are often of a confidential nature and we are pleased to enter into Confidentiality Agreements with customers, where required. We understand the sensitive nature of bespoke chemicals, particularly where new products are concerned. ReAgent prides itself on the close working relationships that it has developed with customers, many of whom are long-standing.
ReAgent is able to mix products that require melting and heating up to batch sizes of 200 kilos and heating temperature of 100 degrees C. The water used for all our blending conforms to current requirements of the EP and we routinely test the water quality in-house to ensure that our bespoke chemicals meet with precise customer specifications.
Products can be packed into a wide range of packaging ranging from ampoules and sachets up to IBCs and all sizes in between. We would be delighted to discuss your individual requirements with you.
We are regularly audited by many of our customers with bespoke chemical requirements, particularly the pharmaceutical companies which we supply. We welcome audits as an opportunity to review our manufacturing processes and to improve wherever possible.
We manufacture in line with our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008. We have achieved full accreditation to Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004.

We operate in the most efficient way possible, and constantly review our manufacturing practices to ensure minimum wastage and maximum efficiency. This in turn enables us to pass on savings to our customers and keep our prices at a competitive level.
Safety is a priority at ReAgent and we operate in line with all current Health and Safety Regulations appropriate to our industry. Personal Protective Equipment is issued to and used by all staff, where appropriate, and walk-in fume cupboards and bespoke fume extraction ensure that all manufacturing, including bespoke chemical manufacturing, is carried out in as safe a manner as possible.
