We work in accordance with the stringent requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to which we are fully accredited.   We are additionally fully accredited to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System. 

Our flexible contract manufacturing facility ensures that we are able to offer an individual service and our customer base covers a wide range including pharmaceuticals, the oil industry, petro chemicals, the motor industry, health services, the chemical industry, environmental services, power stations, the food industry etc.

We work closely with all customers and are regularly audited by them to ensure that our processes meet their requirements.  We welcome audits and would be happy to show our manufacturing process to any potential customer.  We are aware of customer requirements with regard to confidentiality and security and we are often asked to sign confidentiality agreements in order to protect their intellectual property, particularly where new contract manufacturing is concerned.

ReAgent can advise on packing and labelling in accordance with ADR and CHIP legislation.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations. All products can be dispatched nationwide using suitably approved and qualified staff.  Our delivery performance is constantly monitored and we have an excellent record.  Goods may be sent by a third party courier with whom we have a long-established relationship and who use only fully trained staff.
