ReAgent has over 30 years experience within the chemical industry and is well-placed to deal with all your contract blending enquiries.  Our flexible contract manufacturing facility enables us to offer a truly bespoke contract chemical blending service whereby precise specifications can be met.  We offer a comprehensive blending service for chemical blending, contract blending, solvent blending and solvent blends.

ReAgent is able to offer flexibility of pack size and packaging – we can pack into anything from an IBC down to an ampoule or sachet and anything in between.  Our semi-automated bespoke filling lines ensure that we can pack to very tight tolerances.  All our staff are trained to LEAN manufacturing standards and this ensures maximum efficiency and minimum wastage.  Any cost savings can be passed on to the customer and this enables us to keep our pricing very competitive.  However, we understand that value-for-money is not the same as something being ‘cheap’ and our quality of manufacturing is never in jeopardy.

Quality is at the forefront throughout our production processes and all our contract blending services.  We operate a Quality Management System in accordance with our full accreditation to internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008.  We ensure full traceability of all products and our in-house Quality Department will ensure that exact specifications are met and adhered to.

At ReAgent we are very aware of our environment and we are pleased to work in accordance with Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004 which means that all processes are carried out in the best possible way for the good of the environment and that we recycle wherever possible.

ReAgent has a professional, hard-working workforce, some of whom are long-standing members of the team with vast experience of handling customer contract blending requirements.  We understand that quality of staff is key to the success of our business and we ensure that all staff are fully trained appropriate to their job.  We are proud to be an Investor in People (IIP).

Safety is key at ReAgent and all staff are issued with and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment in line with the job they are doing.  Our bespoke walk-in fume cupboards ensure that we comply with all current Health and Safety regulations.

We can pack, label and transport all your chemical blends in line with CHIP and ADR regulations.  All our drivers are trained to ADR standards and we only use carriers whose staff are fully qualified.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.  We can arrange delivery UK-wide or overseas, if preferred and we can handle all your export documentation.
