We are able to offer a bespoke contract chemical blending facility due to our flexible manufacturing facility. We are able to blend a wide range of chemicals to specific individual customer requirements including solid chemicals and aqueous solutions, caustics, acids, alkalis, solvents and a large range of laboratory testing reagents. We are able to blend to specific requirements including ASTM reference solvents and reagents.
ReAgent operates in line with international Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 and we have full traceability of product. Our in-house quality department ensures the quality of all finished products. We pack and label in accordance with CHIP Regulations and all goods are dispatched in line with ADR requirements, UK-wide or overseas. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations. ReAgent has an excellent safety record and we work in line with all current Health and Safety legislation. We have many years experience of safely handling contract chemical blends and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is issued to and used by all staff, appropriate to their job. A bespoke fume extraction system and walk-in fume cupboards add to the safety of staff and the environment. All our fume cupboards are issued with static control devices as a further safety measure. All staff are trained in LEAN Manufacturing techniques and this enables us to minimise waste whilst maximising efficiency. We have a wide customer base including chemical, food, environmental services, power stations, the motor industry, the oil industry and pharmaceutical companies to name but a few. We have built up a solid reputation for our attention to detail and our flexible approach to manufacturing ensures that specific customer requirements can be met. We are happy to enter into Confidentiality Agreements if required as we understand the importance of protecting product intelligence, particularly where a new product is concerned.
