We work in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and are able to offer real flexibility in our contract manufacturing and blending operations, providing the customer with a bespoke product.  We have vast experience in handling hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals, aqueous solutions and solids.  We can blend acids, alkalis, solvents and a wide range of laboratory reagents which we can pack and label in accordance with customer specific requirements.  We source our materials from the UK and overseas and we have products to suit every budget. We are able to offer our customers a truly bespoke contract chemical blending service and will ensure that precise customer requirements are met, whether this is product, pack size, labelling etc.

Our highly skilled and professional staff will ensure that goods are manufactured to the highest possible standards including various Pharmacopoeias (BP, EP, CP), NIST and ASTM.   We manufacture with proper regard to safety, quality and the environment in line with our full accreditation to internationally recognised standard ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.

Our bespoke manufacturing facility enables us to product products in volumes ranging from sachets and ampoules up to 1000 litre IBCs, and everything in between.  We pack and label in line with current CHIP Regulations and our drivers are ADR qualified.  We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations.  We can arrange dispatch UK-wide and overseas and are happy to handle all your export documentation.  Customer-supplied labels can be used on all products and finished goods can be dispatched direct to the end user, without reference to ReAgent, if requested.

We have a wide range of customers from diverse backgrounds which include power generation, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical companies, environmental sciences, the motor industry, the oil industry, petro chemicals and chemical distribution, although this list is by no means exhaustive.  We are pleased to enter into Confidentiality Agreements where required and understand the important of maintaining product intelligence.  We also welcome audits from customers and see them as a means of reviewing and improving our already stringent manufacturing techniques.
