ReAgent would be pleased to quote for all your contract mixing requirements.  Having been established within the chemical industry since 1977 we are well placed to deal with your contract mixing enquiry.  Our flexible contract chemical manufacturing facility means that we can process tailor made chemicals and bespoke formulations enquiries quickly and efficiently.  In addition to contract mixing, we are pleased to offer a bespoke service for acid mixing, solvent mixing, mixing chemicals and a full range of toll blending and toll mixing.

We work to exacting quality standards in line with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to which we are fully accredited and we are happy to receive audits from our customers.  We view audits as an opportunity to re-examine our already stringent contract manufacturing processes and see where we can improve.  We understand that where new contract mixing products are concerned, some customers may wish us to enter into Confidentiality Agreements and we are happy to do this.

We can supply finished goods in any number of pack sizes ranging from ampoules and sachets to IBCs if preferred and anything in between.  All goods are packed in appropriate containers according to the product contained therein and all packaging materials are sourced from approved suppliers.  We take great to ensure compatibility of product and container and we are able to offer advice to customers where required.

Our staff are well experienced to handle your contract mixing enquiry and share a wealth of knowledge of chemicals, quite apart from their technical qualifications.  All staff are provided with Personal Protective Equipment which they use appropriate to the job in hand.  All staff are trained in LEAN Manufacturing techniques which means that we work with minimum wastage and maximum efficiency.  This allows us to keep costs to a minimum for the level of quality received.  ReAgent is a responsible employer and is peased to be a recognised Investor in People (IIP).

Finished goods can be packed, labelled and dispatched in accordance with CHIP and ADR regulations.  We can use customer-supplied labels, if preferred.  We are also pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations.  We offer free local delivery using our own vehicles and ADR trained drivers.  For UK-wide deliveries, we use couriers who operate to ADR regulations.  Additionally, we can arrange for your finished products to be dispatched overseas and we would gladly handle all your export documentation.

Safety is a priority at ReAgent.  Our bespoke fume extraction system and walk-in fume cupboards ensure the safety of our staff and the environment.  All of our fume cupboards are fitted with static control devices and our staff are trained in the safe handling of acids, solvents and other chemical reagents.  We are pleased to work to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System to which we are fully accredited.
