Sub Contract Repacking
ReAgent is pleased to offer a sub contract repacking service to its customers. Due to our flexible contract manufacturing processes we can offer a bespoke service, providing the customer with exactly what is required. In addition to the sub contract repacking service, we are pleased to offer bespoke services for acid repacking, solvent repacking, general chemical repacking and sachet repacking.
We can sub contract repack acids, alkalis, hazardous chemicals, non-hazardous chemicals, powders, liquids, solvents and a full range of analytical reagents and chemicals. Our bespoke filling lines are semi-automated so that we can process orders quickly and efficiently, keeping to very fine tolerances.
 We work in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System to which we are fully accredited and which ensures full traceability of all products. Each product is given a unique batch number to facilitate traceability. Our in-house Quality Department ensures the quality of raw materials and finished goods.
We have a wide-ranging customer base for sub contract repacking which includes pharmaceutical companies, chemical companies, power stations, environmental services, water treatment plants, food, the oil industry, the motor industry and general manufacturing companies. Many of our customers are long-standing and we have close working relationship with them. They know that they can rely on ReAgent to look after all their general chemical repacking and sub contract repacking requirements. Some companies like to audit us and we are pleased to co-operate as we see audits as an opportunity to review and improve our already tight manufacturing processes.
Also, some customers ask us to enter into Confidentiality Agreements and again we are pleased to do this. We understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality particularly where new products or processes are concerned.
Finished goods are labelled in accordance with CHiP Regulations using our own labels or customer-supplied labels if preferred. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations. We ship goods in line with ADR Regulations and all our drivers are ADR qualified. We sometimes use carriers and insist that all carrier drivers are suitably ADR qualified, also. We can ship the finished goods direct to the end user or back to our customer for them to deliver direct to their customer. We are happy to work with you and whatever works for your company.
