Established in 1977 as a manufacturer and supplier of laboratory reagents and standard solutions, ReAgent has established itself at the forefront of flexible, quality toll manufacturing. Strict adherence to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System together with the skills and knowledge of our committed and hard-working staff, will ensure that your contract packaging requirements are met efficiently and at a competitive level. We are an Investor in People (IIP) and work in accordance with BS 8555 Environmental Standard. We also have full accreditation to internationally recognisned Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004.
 In addition to the services we offer as a contract packaging company, we can also offer bespoke services as a contract packing company, a contract packaging company,a contract repacking company and contract repacking company. Turn around is usually achieved within 10 working days although we can offer a faster service where required and would be pleased to discuss your individual toll packaging requirements.
Contract packaging materials are always carefully selected from only approved suppliers in line with our quality system. All contract packaging materials are checked to ensure their compatibility with the product to be packed. Sensitive products may be packed under nitrogen to prevent degradation due to contact with the atmosphere. ReAgent is proud to be a flexible, accommodating contract packaging company, whilst working in line with all current Health & Safety legislation.
All packaging operations are allocated a product code and will have full traceability whilst packaging and labelling conforms to ADR and CHIP requirements. ReAgent is proud to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations. We can also offer a service whereby customer own labels can be used on the finished product, if required.
With semi-automated filling machines for ampoule and sachet packing we can offer a truly bespoke service whereby customer requirements are fully met. We work closely with all customers, many of whom are blue-chip companies and large pharmaceutical organisations. We regularly have audits and inspections from customers and prospective customers and we welcome these as an opportunity to re-evaluate our production methods.
Free local delivery is offered by our own fully trained ADR drivers. Alternatively, we can offer a nationwide service using approved couriers who employ only fully trained staff. We have long-standing relationships with our couriers and can offer an excellent service. Where required, we can arrange for goods to be exported direct and we have experience of contract packing into shipping containers for exportation worldwide. All your export documentation can be prepared by us, if required.
