ReAgent is pleased to offer a comprehensive range of contract packing to suit customers individual requirements.  We can pack hazardous liquids including acids, alkalis, flammables, solvents, toxic solutions and also non-hazardous liquids that may have other special requirements such as heating.

ReAgent has been handling and packing chemicals for over 30 years and many of our staff are long-serving.  This experience and expertise enables us to advise and offer technical support before commencing contract packing operations.

Our flexible manufacturing facility and helpful and committed staff enable most contract packing jobs to be turned around within 10 working days.  However, when required we can often achieve much faster turnarounds and we are pleased to discuss individual contract packaging requirements with our customers.

In additional to all your contract packing enquiries, we are pleased to offer services as a contract repacking company and a contract packaging company.  We can pack in a range of sizes from IBCs down to sachets and ampoules and all sizes in between.

Contract packaging materials are always carefully sourced from our approved suppliers with whom we have long-standing relationships.  The contract packaging material is checked to ensure compatibility with the products concerned.  Particularly sensitive products can be packed under nitrogen to maintain the products’ integrity and prevent degradation due to contact with the atmosphere.

In line with our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System accreditation, all contract packing operations are given a product code and as such will have a standard set of operating procedures and if required, quality inspections.  All contract packing and repacking operations are fully traceable via our batch numbers which will be traceable back to the materials supplied to us either bought in or supplied free of charge by the customer.

Contract packaging and labelling will conform to current ADR and CHIP requirements and we are aware of and currently working towards the GHS and CLP regulations.  Customers own labels can be used as required.

We have  semi-automated  filling machines for liquids, powders and liquids into ampoules and our staff are trained to work to an exacting standard in line with ISO 9001:2008.  All staff are familiar with LEAN manufacturing techniques and we endeavour to work in the most efficient way possible, thus keeping our pricing at a competitive level.  ReAgent is proud to be an Investor in People (IIP).

We can deliver locally free of charge using our own ADR trained drivers.  Alternatively, we offer a nationwide service using fully approved and trained couriers with whom we have long-standing relationships.  In some cases we can arrange for direct export and are experienced in packing into shipping containers for worldwide transport.  We can arrange all export documentation if required.
