We are able to pack hazardous liquids including flammables, solvents, toxic chemicals, alkalis and acids. As a contract repacking company we can also offer a sub contract repacking service for non-hazardous chemicals which may have other special requirements such as heating.
With over 30 years experience as a contract repacking company we are ideally placed to handle and repack your chemicals and offer free support and technical assistance before commencing any contract packing operation.
 Our well-qualified and hard-working staff work to the exacting standards of our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. As part of our services as a contract repacking company we ensure that all contract packaging operations are given a product code and will have a set of operating procedures and quality inspections, where required. This means that all contract packing jobs are fully traceable by individual batch number which can then be traced back to the original material.
Products can be repacked in a wide range of sizes from sachets and ampoules right up to IBCs. Materials to be used in contract packaging are always carefully sourced and by working with only approved suppliers, we can be assured of the very best quality of our packaging materials. The chemical expertise of our highly trained staff means that packaging materials are always checked to ensure the compatibility with the product to be packed.
ReAgent offers free deliveries to the local area using our own vehicles and our own fully ADR trained drivers to ensure that all current ADR and CHIP legislation is strictly adhered to. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations. Alternatively, we can offer a nationwide delivery service using only fully approved couriers who employ ADR trained staff.
