Bespoke Formulations
Since trading began over 30 years, ReAgent has established itself as the UK market leader in bespoke formulations. We are able to offer a comprehensive bespoke formulations service to customers so that they can buy in exactly what they require. We have a proven history of bespoke formulations, including chemical solutions and blends which are not generally available ‘over the counter’.
We contract manufacture in accordance with the highest standards including various Pharmacopoeias (BP, EP, CP) NIST and ASTM. We have a solid reputation for the manufacture of high end products and we pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service. In addition to bespoke formulations, we are pleased to offer sachet packing, chemical blending, chemical mixing, chemical filling, contract packaging, toll packaging, toll manufacturing and deformulation services.
 Our flexible manufacturing facility allows us to provide customers with precise bespoke formulations in a pack size to suit. We also offer a truly bespoke chemicals service offering tailor made chemicals, tailor made formulations and bespoke formulations so that our customers exact requirements can be met. We can pack down from IBCs or drums into smaller containers or we can manufacture from scratch and pack into anything ranging from an IBC down to an ampoule or sachet. The latter can be used in kits which are often used ‘in the field’ for on-site analysis. We have many years experience in sourcing, manufacturing, assembling and dispatching such kits.
We are able to offer a range of pack sizes to suit customer requirements and we can advise on appropriate packaging and transport in accordance with the latest CHIP Regulations. All goods are shipped using fully ADR trained staff. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.
Our wide-ranging customer base includes many household names and blue chip companies from the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental and power industries, in addition to health services. We are well aware of the sensitivity of the nature of many new products and we are happy to enter into confidentiality agreements with any potential customer in order to protect the integrity of the product, particularly if this is a bespoke formulation.
We are regularly audited by customers who plan to ask us to do work for them. We welcome audits as a means of reviewing our processes and exploring ways in which we can operate even more efficiently, whilst maintaining the highest regard to quality and safety.
All products are manufactured and supplied in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, the internationally recognised Quality Management System to which we are accredited. We are also environmentally aware and work in accordance with our full accreditation to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.
