ReAgent is delighted to offer a fully tailor made chemicals service for chemical manufacturing, chemical blending, chemical mixing, sachet packing and toll filling to name but a few. Where others may offer a comprehensive catalogue of products, our flexible, state-of-the-art contract manufacturing facility enables us to offer a tailor made chemicals service to bespoke formulations. We are also able to offer a chemical deformulation service for our customers.
We manufacture in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ensuring full traceability of product and best working practices. We also have full accreditation to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System which helps to maintain our already high environmental standards and ensure that we work in the best possible way for the good of our environment, recycling wherever possible and minimising waste. We manufacture in accordance with the highest standards including various Pharmacopoeias (BP, EP, CP) NIST and ASTM. We have a sound reputation for the production of top end products and we pride ourselves on our customer service.
 We are also proud to be an Investor in People (IIP) and are proud of our staff. Their wealth of technical expertise and qualifications will ensure that your enquiry is dealt with quickly, professionally and with the highest regard to quality. All staff are trained in LEAN manufacturing techniques, ensuring that quality and efficiency are reviewed on an on-going basis, the resultant savings being passed on to the customer.
We ensure that all staff work in accordance with current Health and Safety regulations and we provide and ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment PPE), fume extraction and thorough training, both on courses and on the job.
We are able to offer a full range of pack sizes to suit customer requirements and we can advise on appropriate toll packaging and transport in accordance with the latest CHIP and ADR regulations. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.
We can pack in any size from sachets or ampoules, right up to IBCs and anything in between. We can pack ampoules and sachets into kits, if required, which are often used ‘in the field’ for on-site analysis. We can source all appropriate toll packaging and ensure the compatibility of the product and packaging material. Customer own labels can be used if preferred and the goods can be shipped direct to the end user. We really do offer a tailor made, bespoke chemicals manufacturing service to our customers!
All goods are shipped using fully ADR trained staff and we are able to give advice on export jobs and arrange all the necessary paperwork for you. ReAgent is pleased to offer a UK nationwide delivery service or an overseas delivery service.
