By using semi-automated machinery for packing granules and powders into sachets, we are able to pack to very fine tolerances.  Additionally, we are able to pack more efficiently and therefore process orders more quickly, all of which help us to maintain our keen prices.  Our Quality System enables us to fully receipt customer supplied materials, which are issued with a unique batch number to ensure full traceability.  This helps to protect the integrity of the product and avoids any potential cross contamination.

Health and Safety is a top priority at ReAgent and all sachet packing and sachet repacking is carried out in accordance with current regulations.  Walk-in fume cupboards and bespoke fume extraction help to ensure that all sachet packing jobs are carried out safely.  Personal Protective Equipment (PPPE) is issued to and worn by all staff when appropriate.  Finished goods are packed, labelled and transported in accordance with CHiP Regulations and all our drivers are ADR trained.

ReAgent offers free technical advice and support to all its customers and can advise on such areas as transportation, both UK wide and overseas, arranging all necessary paperwork where requested.  In addition to being sachet manufacturers, we are cleaning chemical manufacturers, chemical suppliers, toll manufacturers and chemical distributors.
