ReAgent is pleased to offer a sachet filling service to its customers.  With over 30 years experience within the chemical industry we are well-placed to deal with bespoke sachet filling enquiries.  Our flexible manufacturing facility enables us to deal with customer enquiries on a one-to-one basis, with the emphasis on quality, safety, value-for-money and customer service.

In addition to the bespoke sachet filling facility we offer, we are pleased to also offer a bespoke service for all your chemical filling, solvent filling, contract filling, acid filling and chemical bottling requirements.  We are also delighted to offer a comprehensive toll manufacturing service and are able to deal with all your contract manufacturing enquiries.

We have wide experience in packing or repacking into sachets and general sachet filling and we can offer advice on the specification and source of packaging material.  We generally use a three part sachet system, comprising a layer each of paper, foil and PE to ensure that the product remains unchanged after packing for the longest possible time.  Sachets can be supplied in kit form, pack form or on an individual basis and we can fill to customers exact requirements. 

ReAgent has semi automated lines for packing powders which enable us to pack to very fine tolerances.  This means that we can process orders efficiently and ensures that our prices are competitive. We normally achieve turn around within 10 working days from enquiry although we can often process order more quickly if required.

As part of our sachet filling service we ensure that all sachets are labelled in accordance with CHIP regulations and we regularly use customer own labels if preferred.  We can arrange delivery of the finished goods direct to the end user and are happy to arrange all paperwork in line with ADR Regulations.  We can deliver locally, nationally and overseas and can deal with export paperwork if required. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.

We manufacture to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System ensuring that all aspects of quality are addressed.  Each repacking operation is given an individual product code meaning that all repacking jobs have full traceability.  ReAgent is pleased to work to the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004.
