As part of our comprehensive toll packaging facility ReAgent is delighted to offer a facility for all your sachet packaging requirements. With over 30 years experience in the chemical industry, ReAgent has built up an enviable reputation for excellent quality and service. We are able to provide a truly bespoke chemicals service not just for sachet packaging but for a wide range of chemical blending, chemical mixing, chemical filling, acids and alkalis, both solids and aqueous. We are also able to offer a bespoke service for acid packaging, contract packaging, solvent packaging and general chemical packaging.
We work in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and our in-house Quality Department ensures the full traceability of all products. Our flexible manufacturing facilities enable us to offer a ‘tailor made’ service and we specialise in small to medium sachet runs from less than 100 to more than 5,000.
 Our sachet packaging system consists of a 3 part sachet including a layer of paper, foil and PE which ensures the product remains unchanged after packing for the longest possible time. We are able to put powders into sachets and granules into sachets and our semi-automated filling lines allow very tight tolerances to be met.
Our long-serving staff are well experienced in handling hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and we use personal protective equipment appropriate to the job in hand. This may include safety clothing and shoes, safety glasses and goggles, full face mask and respirator where appropriate. Our bespoke fume extraction system and walk-in fume cupboards further ensure the safety both of operator and the environment. We are pleased to work in line with the stringent requirements of Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004.
Outer packaging is all sourced from company on our Approved Suppliers List and is appropriate to the goods contained, using UN packaging where required. All finished goods are labelled in line with current CHIP Regulations and we are able to use customer-own labels if preferred. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.
We can ship your finished goods UK-wide or overseas and all transportation adheres to ADR Regulations, our drivers being fully ADR Qualified. We only use carriers whose drivers hold the necessary ADR qualifications. We can handle your export documentation if this helps.
