Since being established over 30 years ago, ReAgent has established itself as a reputable, professional company in the field of sachet packers. Our core business is in analytical chemistry but we have diversified into other areas as demand has grown and are now widely regarded as sachet packers. However, we also have expertise as solvent packers, acid packers, toll packaging, chemical blending, chemical mixing and chemical filling to name but a few.
Our flexible contract manufacturing facility enables us to offer a bespoke service to our customers whereby their precise requirements can be met. As sachet packers we use a three part sachet system, incorporating a paper outer layer, foil inner layer and a PE layer. This ensures the product contained remains in top quality condition for as long a period as possible.
 As sachet packers we are able to offer real flexibility although we would ask you to note that we specialise in ‘bespoke’ small to medium runs from less than 100 to 5,000. However, if your requirement is outside these limits, please do contact us to discuss your specific toll manufacturing requirements.
Our semi-automated filling lines will ensure that very high tolerances are met. We work in line with LEAN manufacturing and understand the need for efficiency and accuracy as a sachet packer. Our highly trained staff are well-used to dealing with a wide range of products and as such are well-able to deal with your bespoke requirements. We are able to pack powders and granules into sachets.
We contract manufacture in line with our Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008 and this ensures full traceability of product. Our in-house quality department will ensure the quality of the finished product. We can offer free technical advice to customers.
All finished goods are labelled in accordance with CHiP regulations and dispatched in line with ADR regulations. Our drivers are ADR qualified and when we need to use a courier, we insist their drivers are also ADR qualified. We only work with couriers on our Approved Suppliers List. We can ship goods UK-wide or overseas and we can handle all your export documentation, if required. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.

Our staff have a wealth of experience in handling hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and use personal protective equipment appropriate to the job in hand. This may include safety clothing and shoes, safety glasses and goggles, full face mask and respirator where appropriate
