Having been established within the chemical industry since 1977, we are ideally placed to deal with all your sachet repacking enquiries. We specialise in small to medium runs from less than 100 to 5,000 sachets, although we would be pleased to quote for any sachet repacking job. In addition to a bespoke sachet repacking service, we are pleased to offer additional services in acid packing, solvent packing, toll packaging, chemical blending, chemical filling and chemical mixing requirements.
Our flexible contract manufacturing processes enable us to work quickly and accurately. Our semi-automated packing lines ensure that very fine tolerances can be met and this results in greater efficiency. We use a three part sachet system comprising paper, foil and PE for all sachet repacking jobs. This ensures the product remains unchanged after packing for the longest time possible. We are able to pack powders and granules into sachets with a precisely measured amount in each.
Toll manufacturing to the high standards of ISO 9001:2008 means that we have full traceability of product whilst our in-house Quality Department will make sure that the quality of product remains consistent throughout the process. ReAgent is also environmentally aware and we operate to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System to which we are fully accredited. Finished goods are labelled in accordance with CHIP Regulations and we can use customer-supplied labels if required. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP Regulations. We ship goods either back to our customer or direct to the end user and all our drivers are ADR qualified. We sometimes use couriers and only use those from our Approved Suppliers List to ensure that their drivers are also appropriately ADR trained.
