Contract Sachet Packing Service
ReAgent is able to offer its customers a bespoke contract sachet packing service. Having been established within the chemical industry for over 30 years we have a wide range of experience in handling all your contract sachet packing requirements including non-hazardous chemicals and hazardous chemicals.
We can pack acids, alkalis, solvents, toxic chemicals, flammables, liquid, powders and many others in accordance with all current Health and Safety legislation. In addition to the bespoke contract sachet packing service we offer, we are delighted to provide customers with bespoke sachet packing, solvent packing, acid packing and general chemical packing.
 Our flexible manufacturing facility enables us to offer a bespoke contract sachet packing service and we can pack into any size to suit the customer ranging from ampoules and sachets, right up to IBCs and everything in between. We always ensure compatibility of product and packaging and only source our packaging from approved suppliers.
We are able to offer advice on the specification of all packaging materials and can assist in the sourcing of such materials. We are able to repack from IBCs and drums into smaller containers and can pack into paper bags and plastic pails if required. All finished products are labelled in accordance with CHIP regulations and we are able to use customer-supplied labels if required. We can pack waxes and greases and have the capacity to heat drums up to 100 degrees C.
When contract sachet packing, we may use our semi-automated filling lines which enable us to pack powders and liquids to very fine tolerances. This in turn allows us to process orders quickly and efficiently, and helps to keep our prices competitive.
As part of our toll manufacturing facility we work in accordance with our Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2008 which ensures full traceability of product. Our in-house quality department constantly monitors the quality of all incoming materials and finished products.

Finished products are dispatched locally using our own ADR qualified drivers and vehicles, whilst we use reputable couriers for deliveries further afield. We insist that all courier staff are also ADR qualified and we only use companies with whom we have built up a solid relationship.
