Since ReAgent was established in 1977, one of our fastest areas of growth has been that of toll manufacturing whereby we produce a product to our customers precise requirements.  ReAgent prides itself on the close working relationship it has with its customers, many of whom are blue-chip companies and household names.

As a leader in toll manufacturing, along with toll drumming, we are able to offer services for toll blending, toll mixing, toll filling, toll packing, toll packaging, toll repacking and various other toll specific facilities.  Our flexible production process enables us to produce exactly what our customers wish to buy and the toll chemical manufacturing side of the business has gone from strength to strength.  We are willing to adapt to the individual requirements of our customers and we are able to offer technical advice and assistance with regard to the out-sourcing of toll blending, toll packing, labelling and transportation.

ReAgent is able to blend and mix a wide range of chemicals; these include reagents for laboratory testing, acids, alkalis, caustics and solvents.  The flexibility of our toll manufacturing facility enables us to produce batches from five thousands litres down to less than one litre, all exactly to customers individual requirements.

As a leading toll manufacturer ReAgent is able to give advice on all technical queries with reference to the manufacture, packaging and labelling of products in line with current legislation.  We can normally turn around a new product enquiry within a period of between 5 to 10 days although this will depend on the availability of raw materials and packaging.

We are pleased to offer bespoke chemicals services for chemical blending, chemical filling, chemical mixing, solvent blending, solvent filling, solvent mixing, acid blending, acid mixing, acid filling, contract manufacturing, chemical packaging, formulation and deformulation.

ReAgent has a workforce of highly trained and motivated staff, all familiar with LEAN manufacturing techniques and keen to supply our customers with the very best products in the most efficient way.  Our production processes are constantly being monitored to make sure that we conform to the exact requirements and specifications of all our customers.

Our in-house quality testing is carried out in our well equipped laboratory by experienced chemists and we offer free Certificates of Conformity and Certificates of Analysis as required.

ReAgent is able to supply your toll manufacturing products in a wide range of sizes and types of containers including plastic jerricans, glass bottles, plastic coated glass bottles, IBCs and also ampoules and sachets.  Many of our customers ask us to manufacture their products in order to supply the end user with a kit.  We are happy to put these kits together completely, if required and we can offer assistance with the sourcing of the various packaging components.
