Toll Chemicals
ReAgent is able to mix and blend a range of toll chemicals to our customer individual and specific requirements. These include solvents, caustics, acids and a large range of laboratory testing reagents. ReAgent has flexible manufacturing facilities which enable us to make batches in a wide range of sizes from less than a litre to up to five thousands litres.
We offer bespoke toll manufacturing services for chemical blending, chemical mixing, chemical filling, deformulation, formulation, contract packaging, sachet packing, toll manufacturing, toll filling, toll repacking and a comprehensive contract manufacturing facility.
 Most of our mixing tanks are made of HDPE and have excellent resistance to chemicals. They are easily cleaned between batches. Deionised water is used in the manufacturing process and this conforms to the EP specification for purified water in containers, at the time of production.
ReAgent is pleased to offer advice and support to our customers and can offer technical assistance when looking to out-source the blending, packing and labelling of your reagents. With flame-proof extraction for hazardous solvents and the facility to heat blends of up to two hundred litres to a temperature of 90 degrees C, we are well equipped to deal with your toll chemicals enquiries.
Finished products are stringently quality tested in our well equipped quality laboratories by experienced chemists in order to ensure that all aspects of our customer specifications are met. ReAgent is pleased to supply certificates of conformity and certificates of analysis free of charge, as required.
As part of our toll chemicals service ReAgent is pleased to advise that our highly trained staff work to LEAN manufacturing techniques, always endeavouring to toll manufacture in the most efficient way. Our production processes are constantly monitored to make sure that our products meet the requirements of our customers.
Our flexibility means that we can supply toll packaging in the precise size requested, be it a sachet, ampoule, glass bottle, plastic jerrican or IBC. We would be pleased to advise with regard to the assembling of kits and the sourcing of the kit components from our established and approved suppliers. We would also be pleased to supply goods using customers own labels if this is required.
