Toll Drumming
ReAgent has been established in the toll drumming industry since 1977 during which time we have built up a reputation for quality, value and excellent customer service. We are able to offer a range of toll drumming services including alkalis, acids, solvents, toxic chemicals, hazardous chemicals and non-hazardous chemicals.
As part of our bespoke toll manufacturing facility we can assure you that our packaging materials are sourced from approved suppliers and we are able to offer a comprehensive range of quality drums for all your toll drumming chemical requirements. These include drums of mild steel, lacquered steel, HDP, tin plate, stainless steel and composite drums of mild steel outer with plastic liner. These are particularly suited for more hazardous chemicals as they have an added safety dimension.
A ll of our drums have a 2 inch and a three quarter inch Tri-Sure fitting for added safety and our drums are UN approved. We supply them with tab seals which are tamper evident and we are pleased to offer a range of taps to fit all our drums, making the job of decanting much easier and safer.
ReAgent has a very flexible toll manufacturing facility which enables us to offer a truly bespoke toll drumming service, working closely with customers to ensure that they receive precisely what they need. In addition to toll drumming, we are delighted to offer chemical blending, chemical mixing, chemical filling, acid repacking, acid repacking and acid filling, chemical packaging, chemical repackaging, formulation and deformulation.
ReAgent is fully accredited to Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 and we also have out own in-house quality department. Our quality system ensures full traceability of products. We are fully accredited to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.
All finished goods are labelled and packed in accordance with CHIP Regulations and we are able to supply products with customer-supplied labels if preferred so that there is no reference to the ReAgent company name. Our drivers are ADR qualified and we are able to deliver locally using our own vehicles and drivers or UK-wide using only suitably qualified ADR couriers. We are pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations. We can arrange overseas shipping if required and would be happy to discuss your export documentation requirements with you.
