Our flexible production processes enables us to adhere to customers exact requirements when involved in the manufacturing of bespoke chemical solutions and reagents. Our bespoke toll manufacturing facility means that we are able to offer technical advice and assistance in a wide range of areas including pack size, labelling and transport, in line with current legal requirements.
As one of the UK's most flexible toll manufacturers, we offer services for toll blending and toll mixing of a wide range of chemicals, including acids, caustics, solvents and a large range of laboratory testing reagents. We can toll manufacture in batches from one litre up to five thousands litres and any size in between. Our flexible contract manufacturing processes enables us to supply end products in a wide range of pack sizes in accordance with customer requirements. The packaging materials used include glass bottles and plastic coated glass bottles, plastic jerricans, IBCs, glass ampoules and sachets. We have automated filling for ampoules and sachets.
 ReAgent uses flame proof extraction systems for handling hazardous solvents and solvent blends and we are also able to heat blends of up to two hundred litres to a temperature of 90 degrees C. All the water that we use in our manufacturing process is deionised water and at the time of production it conforms to the EP specification for purified water in containers.
ReAgent can usually turn around new products within between five and ten days but this will depend on the availability of raw materials, packaging and labels. We work closely with our customers and can use customer-supplied labels if required. We are also happy to enter into contracts of confidentiality and we understand the importance of protecting our customers intellectual property.
All products are quality tested in-house by our experienced chemists as part of our quality manufacturing process and we are bale to supply Certificates of Conformity and Certificates of Analysis according to customer requirements.
