Please contact ReAgent to discuss your toll mixing requirements.  We have been established within the chemical industry for over 30 years and toll mixing is one of our growth areas.  Our flexible toll manufacturing facility enables us to offer a truly bespoke service and you will not find our products/blends/specific containers/pack volumes and pack sizes combination elsewhere.  We are proud of the flexibility we can offer with regard to toll packaging.

In addition to dealing with all your toll mixing requirements, we are pleased to offer toll blending, toll filling, toll packing, toll repacking, to repackaging and a huge range of toll chemicals.

All pack sizes can be catered for ranging from ampoules and sachets on our semi-automatic filling lines with very high levels of tolerance, right up to IBCs and any sizes in between.  We are able to offer a service whereby a fixed quantity of product is put into any size container – for example, an unusual measure of finished product may be put into a 1 litre container.  This means that the customers own operators do not have to weigh or measure out specific qualities of product – the exact amount is already in the bottle.

All our toll packaging materials are sourced from reputable suppliers on our Approved Supplier List and we only work with companies who have appropriate quality accreditation.

Our Quality Management System is ISO 9001:2008 and this ensures full traceability of all materials, as each is given a unique batch number.  Our in-house Quality Department will ensure that all incoming and finished goods meet the stringent requirements of our Quality System.  We have built up a reputation for quality, service, flexibility and you can be sure that your enquiry will be handled quickly and efficiently.

We can label products with our own labels or customer-supplied ones if preferred and all labelling is in line with CHIP Regulations.  We are able to dispatch your finished goods UK-wide or overseas using only ADR qualified drivers and we would be pleased to handle all your export paperwork, if required.  ReAgent is pleased to be working towards the new GHS and CLP regulations.
