We offer many services, including toll manufacture, toll chemicals, toll filling, toll packers, toll packing, toll repacking, toll blending, toll mixing, sachet packaging, solvent packaging, solvent repacking, solvent packers, acid packaging and acid repacking.

Since being established in 1977, ReAgent has built up a reputation for its ability to offer a complete toll packaging service.  We are able to pack exactly what the customer needs to buy, be it solid or liquid, in any size container and shipped UK-wide or overseas.

We are proud of our flexible toll manufacturing facility and the fact that we have great adaptability.  We are experienced in handling hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and chemical solutions and we are able to offer a bespoke blending and mixing facility.

We can pack into customer-supplied containers if preferred or we can pack into appropriate packaging from companies on our Approved Suppliers List.  All packaging is sourced from our reputable suppliers and is labelled either with our own or customer-supplied labels in line with CHIP Regulations.

We operate a very safe system of toll manufacturing and our safety record is excellent.  All staff are fully trained in accordance with current Health and Safety Regulations and have the necessary personal protective equipment for the job in hand.  Our bespoke fume extraction system and walk-in fume cupboards further ensure the safety both of operator and the environment.

We are proud to be fully accredited to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and pleased to be a recognised Investor in People.  We have achieved full recognition to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.

Because of the real flexibility we are able to offer, ReAgent has seen the toll packaging side of the business greatly increase as customers realise that they are able to buy exactly what they are looking for.  We are able to offer a bespoke chemical service for chemical blending, chemical mixing, chemical filling, toll packaging, toll manufacturing and deformulation, to name but a few.

We are able to blend and mix a wide range of chemicals including caustics, acids, alkalis, solvents and a large range of laboratory testing reagents.  We can make batches from less than one litre up to five thousand litres.  Deionised water is used for our manufacturing process and this conforms to the EP purified water in containers specification.
